A 3-Workshop Summer PD Series for Teachers

Teach It Once, Make It Stick

A virtual PD experience to help PreK–12 teachers use the science of learning to improve student memory, build real thinking skills, and walk into August/September actually ready.

A close-up of a laptop computer, a brown leather bag, a white teacup with a tea bag, and a white saucer on a wooden table in a cozy, well-lit room with blurred Christmas lights in the background.

You’re not the problem.

Re-teaching the same content. Watching students forget everything before the test. Wondering why nothing seems to stick. The frustration is real — and it's not your fault. You were never taught the science of how students actually learn.

This summer, we're fixing that.

HERE’S THE PROBLEM:

Problem #1

Your students forget everything — and you're not sure why.

You re-teach. You review. You try new strategies. And still, two weeks later, it's like the lesson never happened.

Problem #2

Nobody taught you the science of how students actually learn

.Teacher prep covered lesson planning and classroom management. The cognitive research behind memory, retention, and why things stick? Never mentioned.

Problem #3

You're working too hard for results that don't last.

You spend hours building lessons, activities, and review games — but without the right strategies underneath, even your best teaching disappears from student memory.

When you finally understand how students actually learn...

everything about your teaching changes!

BUT THE GOOD NEWS?

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

I've been where you are — working hard, caring deeply, and watching students forget content I know I taught well. The problem wasn't my effort. It was that nobody ever taught me the science behind how students actually store and retrieve information long-term.

Once I learned it? Everything changed. And that's exactly what this workshop series is built to give you — the research, the strategies, and the AI tools to make it all manageable — in just one hour a week this summer.

Meet Your Guide for this Series

Hi, I’m Aimee!

I help educators use AI with purpose—so they can work smarter, reclaim their time, and bring joy back to the classroom.

I’ve spent 29 years in education—as a classroom teacher, a school leader, and a curriculum designer. I’ve served as both an assistant principal and principal at the elementary and high school level, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate in Curriculum & Instruction as well as working part-time in the classroom.

Over the last decade, I’ve focused on designing learning experiences that actually work in real classrooms—and now, I’m sharing the tools and strategies that help educators save time, reduce burnout, and feel empowered to teach with intention.

This workshop series is the PD I wish I'd had years ago. It's practical, it's research-backed, and every strategy comes with AI tools that make implementation actually manageable — because your time, energy, and well-being matter just as much as your students' success.

This is the summer PD that actually changes how your students learn.

You've spent years working hard for results that don't always last. One hour a week this July and August gives you the science, the strategies, and the tools to finally change that — for good.

Have questions before joining?

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

It's time for your students to actually remember what you teach them.

You've worked too hard for too long watching great lessons disappear from student memory. This summer, you finally get the research, the strategies, and the tools to change that — in just three Saturday mornings.

Join a community of educators who are done guessing and ready to teach with confidence. Your students deserve a teacher who knows how learning actually works. And you deserve to walk into August feeling ready.

The live series starts July 18. Spots won't last.
